As i was moving to Hyderabad so i had to give all my house hold items to Gati Home Movers and packers which is located at Bhandup. All my items were kept in the ware house in mumbai dated May 30 .2010 with my bill number 369 . They have taken 15000 Rs to keep all my household items in warehouse . Moreover The guy sanjay from mumbai was demanding more money to undeliver the luggage. It has been around 16 days they are neither picking up the call nor responding to the sms. And the guys named SANJAY (From Mumbai) AND VIKASH(From Delhi) cheated all the customers including me .I have submitted this complaint in order you should take strict actions against the gati home packers and movers.

Gati Home Movers And Packers — delivery of consigment no.194
i have booked my entire house hold goods from mumbai to be transported to agra on 28 nov'09 and till date i have not received any information about where my belongings are.the company promised me that the consignment will reach to agra within 3 days and till date i have neither received any confirmation call nor my insurance paper for the consignment.
its really very painful and traumatic that i have not yet received my consignment. i think the company has ditched not even me but many more coz everytime i call them they have n number of reason to mention..
an appropriate action must be taken soo that such frauds cannot dupe the innocent one.
