Gemini Indane Gas Agency, Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala — selling the cylinder in Black market

My indane consumer number is 18630. I have booked for the refill in the first week of May 2011 and got the booking number 5207. The authorities have not yet issued me the refill. I have contacted several times over phone and their attitude was different. On 01.06.2011 they issued a new booking number 38. I have not yet received the same. They told me that my first booked cylinder was granted on 25.05.2011. But I have not received. I suspect that they are selling the same in black market. Kindly take necessary action.
