[Resolved]  Gems Leisure pvt Ltd — cheating

I am from Bangalore, I gave him Rs. 10000 on 01 august 2009 and he has given icici debit card, but so far not able to trace him

on looking at website www.gemsleisures.com, i also joined in investment scheme and i got two months return but later unable to contact Mr.tajinder singh arora .

hi, i also invested 10500 Rs in gems leisure but i am not getting any single rs from company, no one is receiving my calls in delhi, and sir i am unable to findout mr TS Arora, i have court aggrement also.
as per my opinion mr vinay also a sharer in this cheating

pls help me i m also the victim of the same fraud company gems leisure pvt. ltd. i had pdc given by him
but i think the case only againts him is civil type
how can i trace him
is he out of india

He also decived me. He and his company is fraud. He is missusing the people money n feelings. He shud be punished soon. His offical address I dnt knw but I knw his residential Address it is "135" SBI Colony, Delhi (North). his new number is [protected]

Mr tejindra sing arora is a big fraud.and Gems leisure pvt ltd is also a big fraud company.miss sukanya and miss prema were working for this company in bangalore 4 months back.mr. Arora is awheel chaired person.i couldn't trace him since last 2 months.he told me that he is a consultancy person and arrenged some interview for bangalore metro and taken from me 3500/- for processing which was refundable.after that he disappeared.they have one office inside the Relince web world building.if possible please help me.

Mr Tejinder Arora, and his brother starting this fraud business in Delhi, at the (k-131/3, Krishna park, extn outer Tilak nagar Ring Road Delhi 18) but ran away from here and now there is a bakery which we presume is also of Mr Arora, then he went to Banglore and cheated people there, No trace of him so far, we are a group who have filled a case in Delhi High Court against him, and his arrest warrants are there but he is untraceble, he also had a website by the name wwwl financialfreedom.co.in
The whole family is fraud, All I would say is that the coming generations of the Arora Family would be bound on wheel chairs...Amen

ALL THESE COMPLAINTS ARE RELATED TO Mr AABHEY AND THEIR CHEATER FRIENDS.
THESE PEOPLES ARE BIG FRAUDS I HAVE THEIR CHEQUES

Mr Tejinder will never be happy and will not be spared ... He has cheated all o[censored]s including Mr Praveen Dangi, Mr Aabhay, Mr Mayank, Mr. Sanjit and Me ...Well we will sui him with Crime Branch and even contacting Detective agency to get things under control ..

No one from Gems Leisure or financial freedom will be speared.

I tried most to find himout. even I went twice at 135, SBI Colony, Delhi, where he lives, talked with his neighbors, but they dont know much about this family, but some of them know about his work, they told me he did the same type of frauds in delhi also.According to them he is still at this place.
I dont think they will reply with legally process. So better if we all victims to go and meet him or his family, and try to sortout with talk. Otherwise only solution...in any way dont want to spare him...even legally or illegally, with whatever right or wrong...
