GEMS SALES PVT LTD — Payment Not Received We Feel Cheated

Sir,
I have invested Rs.100000 in Gems Sales november 2009, the leaders are saying - PREM CHAND BANSAL [protected] has complained in SEBI, due to this Mr K D Pasricha's account is freezed worth Rs 22cr is pending in pasricha's account , he is fighting through all means to get that money back, i just want to know whether this is right information or he is cheating us, we came to know that he has started another company in the name of B P Jewellers in Delhi. is he can be trusted ? initially he gave us PDC cheques but now he stopped it by giving some vogue answers.

Please Help us as we have invested our hard earned money.

WE the investors of gems sales pvt.ltd are not getting our due payment for last 3;to4 months.our team leader/introducers are not cooperating with us.we have been told that against any kind of investment co. is liable, but the game is totally different .they have not given any documents against our investment.Now we have united to take legal action against the co.and leaders also.we are requesting people who have suffered to come and join us so that we can fight unitedely.for details contact MR S.SAHA [protected], MR SIBU [protected], BULA PAUL [protected].

Kapil dev is now making fool to each one. Once invest in BP and forget your money, you will never ever get it back.
