I had purchased RO water Filter Gen Pure PRIMA ModelSl.no. GP-123160 on[protected] . Since then its eems I invited a continous service problem at my door step. Gen Pure RO PRIMA Model was purchased from Authorized dealer M/s Electro Centre 4, Vishist Complex, M.G.Road(Opp. IDBI Bank), Sikandarpur, Gurgaon. Tel[protected],[protected] Proprieter Sh. Jaswinder Singh.
Since the purchase the Machine has faced extensively problems, with one or other parts getting failed and almost there are 30-40 service visits being made by the dealer SH. Jaswinder personnel. In al the visits despite of request service slips were never provided.
As the machine was continuously giving problems even we had asked your dealer to take the machine and do a extensive thorough checkup.The machine was taken to his shop in March 2010 and the was kept with dealer for more than 15 days and the same was returned with a assurance that everything shall be fine then.
Again we started facing problems and during last week and already two service calls were made in which the dealer service personnel informed crack in the filter and failure of actuation switch.As the product is totally useless and has forced us to purchase alternate water during its non service and given us lot of mental stress and agony , I am sending you this letter to you for immediate resolution of issue by replacing the machine with a new one immediately.
In case you disown the dealer relation ship with you I would like you to take appropriate legal action for using your name and selling the product under copyrights act and Avoidance of fraudulent practices. Failing to take any action on your end may be construed as a collusion on the part of company in selling of fake product.
In all other cases, I would request you to immediately replace the product as I am totally dissatisfied with the same.
I REQUEST ALL THE OTHER PERSONNEL WHO ARE PLANNING WATER PURIFIER SHOULD TAKE THESE VIEWS ALSO IN CONSIDERATION BEFORE THEY GO AHEAD TO PURCHASE THIS COMPANY PRODUCT. Was this information helpful? |
I had purchased one ‘Misty’ model water purifier of your company on Dated[protected]. The unit No. GP-117692, Membrane No. 563236 & Pump No. 117692. The unit was installed by your dealer Sri Gulzar Singh Mb. No.[protected],[protected], and[protected].
The filter units of purifier stopped working around 2 months ago. Sri Gulzar Singh was called for service. He took away the filters for further repair/ replacement. Now, He is not attending the phone & we are forced to drink non purifier water.
The warranty o[censored]nit is up to[protected]. We request you to kindly intervene in the matter & get our purification system repainted as soon as possible.
