[Resolved]  Genpure - Ultima — not working within one month

We have also bought Genpure Dolphin from the dealer address-Real value Marketing, Egmore Chennai.It was working only for 2 months and after that it has creating problem in one way or the other.The pathetic situation is that the dealers are not ready to rectify and not ready to respond.Hence i kindly request the customers not to buy anything from that dealer.

I also bought Genpure Ultima on 10th Dec 2009 from the same dealer (Real Value Marketing, No.1, Salt Colony, First Street, 2nd floor, Egmore, Chennai-600 008).. It worked for 4 months only.Now its not working any more..when try call them they are not responding any more...they are worst service still they didn't do any first service also...I am requesting all people DON'T buy anything from this dealer.

We have bought Gempure Ultima from the dealer of Jamshedpur. There is plenty of complaints in the machine. Within a span of 1 year, this is my 7 th or 8 th. complaint. What I feel either this is a defective product or the product is not satisfactory. Their only intention is to cheat people. It works for 3 months then again problem arises. I am unable to understand what is going to happen after the warranty period. I was interested to buy Kent, who also deals with this product also. But on their recommendation, they insisted me to buy Gempure products. I am requesting people to check properly before buying any Gempure products.

This dealer made beautiful promises during sales and then he did not even respond to the calls. Forget about his service. We should never buy anything from this type of dealers.

I bought RO water purifier ULTIMA

After 5 months it stoped working

I brought Genpure Ultima plus, 5 mins after installation started leaking, then i called back the installation guy, he opened and found that UV filter is leaking.
Big issues is, UV filter is giving electric shock, since it is leaking and wetted with water. Requested to take it back.

Dear sir,
My name is mr Shubham ranka, I have bought a water purifier of gen pure company the product name is RO ULTIMA from the above mentioned dealer I have bought in the date of 25/3/09 at cost 12500 I trustee the dealer on that product and trusted his service and all the conditions mentioned by him
From the date I have purchased I have regretting my purchase of as I am a middle class man I purchase it on believing the gen pure company !!!
After spending 12500 on the product I have spent more than 6000 on the external service
On the date 16/06/12 again my water purifier shut down now I have no option to call him again and I did that but that dealer just picked up the phone and said that he ll send his service man !! I waited for one day than continuously I called that dealer and requested for the service but he didnt responded me and on top of that he canceled my phone am regretting my purchase and I have spent now more than 700 on the external charges of water
I request you sir to take an action and give me a solution for it
