Ghaziabad Passport Office — Passport Pending

Address: Uttar Pradesh

It’s been almost 6 months now since I applied for my Passport.
Apart from this, the Grievance option provided at Passport status page also provide wrong email ID, so none can mail there complains there.
WHAT IS THE USE OF IT THEN!!!
As I checked the status, it says
“Police Report has not been received.”
I have checked out at local Thana at my district, where they confirmed that the report was received on 15th November itself at Ghaziabad Office.
Here are the details:

Date: 9/6/2011
Can the process be accelerated ???????
Please look into this!!!
Hope this gets acknowledged and worked upon!!!

I have apply for my wife passport in Aligarh dated 07.02.2012 and vide dispatch No 1026 .dated 30.03.2012 my wife passport file no. Z[protected] my wife verification is fulfill but in your website does not show any enquiry. wife name Azra Tabassum W/o Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Khan passport is not received till date
