Dear Sir,

I took photos from GK VALE in NEW BEL ROAD ,BANGALORE.The Manager initially agreed to give me Negatives in Digital Form.I paid Rs130 for the photos plus negative.

Later he tells me he cannot copy the photo in my pen drive as promised.

This is a pure case of cheating and FRAUD by GK VALE ,NEW BEL ROAD,Bangalore.Kindly look into the matter.

G.K.Vale charges the most compared to any photoshop and the service is pathetic. I had to submit the US visa form and due to the stupidity of these ppl I had to delay my submisson. They provided me a CD of the photo but to my utter dismay i noticed these ppl had provided CD which doesn't open in laptop and when I called cust service they say its just in desktop I can access that. Damn I dont understand in which world do they stay that they dont understand every other person uses laptop these days how can he say its the standard they follow so it doesnt open in laptop. Must say these ppl suck.
