With reference to the captioned subject, I Sunil Bajpai, son of Late A B Bajpai from 279/100 Kha Chandra Kala Niwas Pandariba ,Charbagh,Lucknow -226019 like to inform you that a fraudulent incident was happened with me for my SBI Credit Card (No.[protected] ) as follows:
On 19th January, 2013 at around 3.30 am I got a call my mobile no ( [protected] ) from [protected] claimed as the call from SBI credit card. After confirming and verifying my card detail they offered me a SBI gold card with a lot of very attractive offer, which is almost free to the card holder due to no defaulter record in card since 2006 and also for the satisfactory operations in card limit and all of these I get in free with an initial debit of Rs.6,999.00, which is also reversed later on. When I agreed they debit the aforesaid balance from my existing SBI Card. After 2-3 days when I did not get any card kit from SBI, then I called the SBI card help line. They given to understand there is no such offer in SBI Card and not any scheme to get back the money. Then I called back the number and understand it is a online shopping company (name of the company Cache Mercantile Pvt. Ltd Address: C-3, Sector 8, Noida- 201301, Utter Pradesh). After that I called them several times to discuss this matter with that Company Executive Ms Ishika Rana ( Pratibha ) , he informed me that that I will received a KIT box from the company, a transaction cancellation form which I will find in the kit, fill and send it back to their address, transaction will be automatically cancelled.
Till date not received any KIT Box from Cache Mercantile Pvt. Ltd on 25.01.2013 and massage convey the person Madan Ishika Rana ( Prathiba ), representative of the company, and request him take necessary action and arrange to reverse my transaction of Rs. 6,999.00, but he reply me that it’s not possible to reverse any kind of charges, I must have to enjoy all the facility which they given.

I had visited a chemist and ask for Betnovet-N . which is availble with Rs20.00 but the MRP printed on it was Rs. 17.76. after asking for why is so, he told me that the product is not available in market and hw bring the same from black market with 19/- .
