[Resolved]  gleam care pvt ltd — regarding refund of security deposit

We think that before posting such complain in web page, it should be verified first whether the same is true or not. Every one is right to file their complain but you have give the oppotunity to other party to file thier reply and after that you can judge yourselft whether it should be highlited in web page or not. THIS COMPANY HAS MORE THEN 6 COMPLAINTS IN DIFFRENT - DIFFRENT POLICE STATION.
THEY HAS SCAM OF MONEY IN INTIRE INDIA.

THE GLEAM CARE PVT.LTD is not authentic company guys, they are just playing games in each state, they take the security deposite for distributon and run, they have run away from there DEHLI OFFICE too, there office and staff even dont know where they all are, they all are BIG FAKE.

I am also facing the same issue and it has been more then six months and i am waiting for my security deposits. Now a days they have change there Delhi office(From Janakpuri) and nobody know the new address

I am not sure about starting a legal proceedings.

if any above is true then there must be some proof, why you are all not providing any proof on your comments. Now a days some words become very common for every one whom we dislike, i.e. froud, cheater etc. but dont know the exact meaning and what can happen if not established by the person what the are saying. Finally, before putting any such comments in writing in any where think twice atleast.

i have taken a super stockist of gleam care pvt ltd. for that i have given them the sum of Rs. 1, 50, 000/-.as security deposite now they have stop there bussiness in kolkata(west bengal). i have all rady submited the required documents of closer to them they are now not responding since last 1 and 5months. I am calling them every time but not body take any responing.

I had taken C&F agency for Gujarat and given Rs.250000/-. Business had not started and now the company has closed down the office. I am thinking of taking legal action against them. All the complants agaist these people i;e Against Pawan Jha, Ajay Kumar & the king pin Ajit Kumar Das must be true because we have also advertised for them in Times of India and they have not not given us more than Rs 100, 000/- due .towards Gleam Care.
we must have given atleast 100 calls amd my Executive have visited there office many times but of no avail.
We got them the notice served through Lawyer at there keshopur adress.
Now they have fled this office also and Court is unable to serve the legal notice to them any body having any information on these people should leave the massage on [protected]@gmail.com or contact [protected]

Gleam care private limited — refund of security deposit

This is a fraud compny.Its only work to cheat the distributors by hacking their security deposits. I have deposited Rs. 5 lakhs to take the work of C & F. I have filed a suit against this company.
