Dr.Sunita Gandhi is a very kind hearted and soft spoken lady.She always helps her employees and taleks peoper care of them.She is a real idealistic person fo me.
Global Classroom is a prestigious company.It never cheats its employees.The director of this company is also very gentle.She always maintains a direct contact with each of her employees so that no one of them faces any kind of problems.
Dr.Sunita Gandhi has always been very fare with her employees in every aspect.I have been working here since last 10 years.This man above Syed Ali is a fake fellow.He cheated Ma'am however his full payment was released.He also spoiled several deals of Ma'am of Franchisee and Affiliation..

I found every thing fine except you. Your Attitude toward the system and the employee was very Negative, and this was the reason, i moved out of system.
As i was there for very short Period, I will not comment on Dr. Sunita Gandhi and Your Performance.
But at that time itself i was very sure that this will happen.

Yes I know they people exploit their employees, , they have strong vision but do not know how to do business and motivate their employees.
I have also worked their and treated as same as you, but i will not forgive her. we are more than 5 person who have given resign due to this reason, we are planning to go to Labor court.

hello friends i joined global class room pvt ltd( nurture international) in july . the people attract the employees on the name of cms school .but in actual they have no direct link with it . they have no idea how to do business, ...i meet a person he was working in Bangalore he gave his interview and got selected in nurture and get offer for his native place jharkhand and he left his previous job and came to lucknow for training, got training and went to his area after 1 month when he asked his expenses and salary mr rahul has given not responded to him at the end he got a call from hr astha that u r not with us...in this way the cheat the employees ...plz beware of themmmmm

The same has happened with me. I joined GCPL on August 2012. They had not paid my salary of September, October & November 2013. They had been making false promises to pay it. I have taken legal action against the company.
I have seen a lot of people not being paid their dues and lot of franchisee being cheated.

Please don't join this company, this is a highly unprofessional company, they don't pay salary after working and give Xyz reason's, which not relevant. Please think before you are joining the company .You will spoil your career and personal life completely.People who have commitment and family never ever join this company.Join at your own risk.
thats very bad i have a sympathy for you.No labour law is followed in india even if in offer letter you cant write salary based on performance its illegal as per employment act bro please take help of good lawyer and move to labour court.i can understand what you are going through but its so common practice in lucknow where professionalism is missing.its all becoz of employees only who work for meagre salary and even without offer letter like slaves.people have learnt slave culture from mughal to british.but never be slave always work on give and take model.may god bless you and resolve your serious concern.
