Global Visas, New Delhi — Not refunding money

This is with regards to my case ( Id 780081 & 851926).

I registered as client on 27 dec 2008 for UK tier1 visa and paid approx Rs 72,800/- as fee.

My file was closed as the Eligibility for UK tier1 visa changed, as a consultant Globalvisa were aware that I may not be able to apply for visa, still I was communicated that we are listed with UK embassy and if your name has been already sent in the list, so even if criteria change you will get a HSMP visa.But it did not happened.

Then I was recommended to apply for Australia PR, but after several follow ups there were no action taken on the case. I am following up with Globalvisas on mails and telephone, but Swetabh is not responding. I have dropped several mails to swethabh for my case status and then i raised a request for refund also on [protected]@globalvisas.com on 8 Sep 2009.

I have not got any response.The no of GlobalVisas is[protected]. How do i proceed to get my money back through consumer comaplaint

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME AND I WANT THESE GUYS TO GET REAL LESSON SO THAT IN FUTURE THEY CANT GULP PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND IF SOME ONE HAS THE SOLUTON PLEASE LET US KNOW SO THAT WE CAN TAKE OUR MONEY BACK

Global Visas Scammed Me £3000 for a Entrepreur visa. They never did nay work and would answer my calls. Google Lets them advertise with them. IM NEVER USING GOOGLE AGAIN!

Lets all let Google know and stop Global Visas comitting fraud.
