[Resolved]  GMAC financial India limited — for want of NOC

I have availed a car loan of Rs.1.25 lacs from GMAC financial services India Ltd., cochin branch for which i have given 36 postdated cheques in 7/2004 (Loan agreement No. 7064 4357[[protected]]. All the cheques were cleared by my bank in July 2007. Now I need an NOC for cancelling the hypothetication. I tried to contact the financer several times but was in vain. I sent registered letter which is also returned undelivered. Kindly help me too get an NOC urgently.
