We had purchased one Tavera in November 2005, and availed a HP loan from GMAC Financial Services India Ltd., Agreement No. 1048028 dated 22.11.2005 and the loan closed in October 2008, kindly arrange to issued HP termination certificate with Form No. 35.

i have purchased on santo car loan is taken from GMAC in 2003. Vehicle number is KL 2 P 1234. I have closed the loan by 2007 through bank payment. But i couldn't get the NOC. Now i sold the vehicle to a party but they are unable to change the name in the registration certificate. What i can do? Please help me.
