[Resolved]  gmac india — non issue of release of hypothecation letter

i had taken loan for purchase of Opel Corsa car in the year december 2003 from the in house financial company of GM . The company name is GMAC TCFC . I have cleared all the dues in the year 2008. Till date i have not received the release letter from the finance company , inspite of repeated reminders.I have even approached the car dealer ,but they are unable to help.
i do not have the agreement details with me .
Following are the details of the car which is under hypothecation.
Car Make : Opel Corsa 1.4 GSI
Registration No : GA 08 A 1748 registered at RTO, Margao.
Name of owner: Smt. Zarina I. Vas
Address:H.No 329/1 , Buticas, Opp. Rosary hall,Navelim ,salcette, South Goa.
Dealer: Subrai Motors Pvt. Ltd.
Vasco-da-Gama, Goa.
Kindly help me to get the release order urgently as i need to sell the car.
