I had Purchased a Maruti 800 car from sai Service- Goa, which was financed by GMAC TCFC, i paid the loan in 10 instalment s of 8810 each and it was cleared on 10/2/2004, Now when i went to exchange my old car as to buy a new one they say i have to get NOC from GMAC.. they (Sai Service) sent my document to gmac but the Company did not entertain my documents and now sai service say i have to Contact KOGTA finance . I contacted KOgta finance at rajastan n they say they dont known any thing of my vehicle to contact Barclays as they too have stakes in GMAC..
am i to dance from pillar to post for My NOC??? can I plz be guided as to the address of Barclays as all the e mails sent by me on their address comes back and their PHOne numbers are not working any more..
