[Resolved]  gmac-tcfc finance limited — noc of car

HI there,

My name is Sailendra Sharma bought a car . I purchased a car from Rajpal Toyota who got us the car loan from GMAC Financial Services India Ltd. Now I have fullfilled my loan of vehicle number MP43 B 0411, Toyota Qualies.
I have paid up all loan amount with interest.
Now I want NOC from GMAC Fin Services India Ltd. but unfortunetely They have demanded Rs17000/- to give us the NOC.

I see no reason to pay this amount as i have cleared my loan with interest

Kindly solve my problem to get NOC from GMAC finncial services India Ltd.

the government of India should lift such type of rules which is public nuisance

I require a letter from GMAC Financial Services India Limited stating that my loan for purchase of Vehicle- car(zen)GA-02-J-8457. Agr. no.1014394 has been paid up. The loan was paid up in 2002. I have been trying to contact them in Goa but it is closed down.
I have not received NOC to remove hypotecation. Please do immediately.
