[Resolved] Go Air — Refund amount not returned

I booked a fligth for 3rd July from Bangalore to Delhi. The flight was cancelled and i asked for refund. They havent refunded the money yet. almost 2 weeks have gone by. my PNR number is ILBLME. Please take immediate action against this company. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My flight G8-142 dated 12th May'2012 PNR - 936NDZ Chandigrah to Mumbai was cancelled> No alternate arrangement was made for people as it is a economy airlines hence nothing can be done> Full refund was told but till today i have not refund. Can the airline give ticket on credit - No then with what right they they keep our money for more than two weeks> still i dnt know when i get my refund.
