I have purchased a refrigerator from Vasanth & Co bill no:[protected] on 3/1/2008. Model no. EON TE GFE26CY (243L). The product started giving me trouble and I made a complaint in April 2011.Mr. Sayeed from Sree Sastha Electronics attended, job no.318325 and I was given a bill of Rs. 400+1200 which I paid. Again cooling did not take place and I made a II COMPLAINT. From Sastha Tech. came for three times on different days as cooling problem was not rectified . Automatic defreezing was also another problem. Without even discussing, they had fixed the black stand at the back of the fridge for defreeze. I have paid Rs.1700 for the same. job no. 329782. Now, water is flowing from inside the fridge and fungus growth inside is causing a mess. Whole day, I have to clean the water on the floor. Now again the cooling is a problem. Only the freezer is working. There is no cooling in the refrigerator. Within few years of purchase, I have faced so many problems. Since, the piece you have given us is a defective one, I request you to replace with a new piece. I have had a very bad experience using Godrej product.
