have bought Godrej,EON model(newly introduced by your company) Refrigerator last year…and it has failed 2times (no cooling effects and gas leaking/system choke problem) with in one year. I have asked new replacement from the Godrej Smartcare,chennai. There is no proper response from your company. I never experienced this type of problems in other company fridges.I have bought this fridge for Rs.13800/-. I was fed up with your company product(newly launched product). I was shocked by seeing people's comments about this company products in Internets. Is there anyone available in this company to answer customer queries.
