[Resolved]  Gokuldham Medical center goregaon mumbai — improper patient management

Hi this is Ruchi Poddar, I agree with Mr. Kulkarni,
I had a very bad experience at GMC, I went for chest sonography test and received the report which i showed to my regular doctor, after analizing the report my doctor suggested me to again get the sonography done from another doctor.
I got sonography and CT scan done from another doctor on same day but compared all the report and found GMC report wrong.
I submitted the false report along with proof to GMC
GMC refused do to anything for this and said that no mistake was done from GMC doctor...
GMC replied - when we give correct report then nobody comes to acknowledge then why are we complaining for wrong report

GMC is only good for patient who got good doctors by luck. There is one doctor Ritesh Shetty. Who I believe does not deserve to be called as doctor. He has attitude problem. He thought he is supreme and very smart but in actual he does not know how to treat a patient.

I have struggled a lot to get medical papers from him for a treatment. And in the end he showed his arrogance again. If you visit GMC in future don't go for this Ritesh shetty.

I fully agree with complaints above .Regret to say that Gokuldham medical centre staff continues to act in a callous and high headed manner .

My daughter in law had gone to see Dr Meenal Kamble on 19th Aug'17. The doctor timing was 2000 Hrs but the doctor turned up around 2045. On arrival she confronted one of the patient who had tried to call her on phone . When the patient stated that he had all right to know as to when she is coming as she is late, she shouted that you do not call me and if you have any problem change your doctor.

My daughter-in-law had a token no 5 but the doctor instructed sister to send in another patient before her and later when my daughter- in law questioned her on this she stated that she can change her doctor if she has any problem.

I think that Gokuldham medical centre should put up a big board stating that doctors will come any time as per their whims and fancy and see the patients in order of their preference.

This high headed attitude is most uncalled for specially from a doctor .
If the management thinks otherwise, they should state this openly on their signboard.

I went to GMC On dtd 26/07/18 with my wife for stomuch problem..by enquiry they refer for Dr.Renu Agarwal ...first of all she pressurize me and matter was normal but she show it like emergency and badly treatment. Then give me your private dispensary visiting card and called to reached immidiate...when we reached she's clinic named as Aastha Maturnity home kurar village malad ..
Then story has start that how to play with patient and how to get more and more money ...she isn't talking like a doctor talk like a broker...and one thing is different when he told me that i was very poor but today i have lots of property then in 1hrs lot of matter happend and we went to shatabdi hospital then get better treatment in very low time ...so carefull like its type doctors cum broker...l want to write some but purhapes its enough to pass my massage for doctor cum broker Dr Renu Agarwal...

Hi, This is Shilpi. I had a very bad experience with Dr Meenal Kamble few years ago at Gokuldham medical center. First of all as others complained, she is never on time. She always made patients for hours just because she was never at medical centre on time. Secondly she screwed my pregnancy completely. She told me initially that 3 scans would be done, one at 12 weeks then during 5th month and then at 7th month. She realised during 5th month that baby is not growing properly because of my blood pressure. Me and my husband asked if we need to do a scan at 5th month. She said no need, we will do at 7th month. We never realized that she was trying to fool us. AT 7th month, when we did the scan, the radiologist mentioned that I was in bad shape. She asked me to get hospitalized then. Actually what I am trying to ay is that she knew my pregnancy was not going good from 5th month but instead of dealing it properly she tried to stretch it upto 7th month and make some money.

Very disappointed because i lost my baby at 7 months because of her.

I had experience with dr. Renu Agarwal. She also gave me her card almost immediately and asked to visit Astha Maternity. I think we need to avoid such doctors. They tend to work for money than anything else. GMC needs to do something about all this.
