Unfair & delayed distribution of lpg gas / Black market of gas Cyllender ( GOLDAN GAS- PALAM VIHAR, GURGAON)

Sir,

I would like to bring your attention towards the Golden Gas Agency, an Indane LPG gas distributor at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.
Not only me, but I am sure that most of his customers are unsatisfied from his service. No one gets his gas refilled without reminding him 4-6 times. It takes months time to deliver the gas refil. Sir I have a serious complaint regarding the Indane gas delivery of filled cylinders,. Actually we would have to wait for around 35 days for getting a new filled Indane gas cylinder after booking…any how we just bear it, the actual problem is that the Indane distributor Goldan Gas Agency doesn’t even deliver the Indane gas cylinders that are the issued one. they missbehave with clients & ladies also who come to know why too much delay of cyllender . Goldan Gas owner Paramjit Chadda who missbehave also and always say jahan chahe complaint karo meri uper tak setting hai .
Recently we booked at Goldan Gas Agency for the book Indane gas cylinder on 7th Feb 2012 today is 3rd march 2012 …they told me that my Indane gas cylinder is already issued, that is billed and is waiting for delivery, and they told me that I will get my Indane gas cylinder delivered with in 1st march but i dont get any cyllender till date. Goldan Gas Agency all staff are making excuses & fool the people .its a normal routine of goldan gas . I have a strong feeling that Goldan Gas Agency are selling the Indane gas cylinders in black market

We are sure that he use to distribute the refil in black.
I would like some one to take the appropriate and strict action against him, so that this type of corruption can be removed.

Looking forward for some quick and strict action.
