[Resolved]  Good housekeeping — Gift not received even after 7 months

This is regarding subscription for a magazine GOOD HOUSEKEEPING.

This is in concern to the gift I was supposed to receive after the 2 year subscription to Magazine " GOOD HOUSE KEEPING ".

I have not received "A set of 4 exclusively handcrafted cups & Saucers" as explained in the offer. While speaking to the customer care department, I was informed that the gift as said in the oofer is not available, so we could not dispatch the gift and now since you have called we can give you 2 mugs in lieu of that. While on the Website and the portal they are still offering the same set to their new customers. I am not sure whether you call this a cheating with the customers or not.

Above all there is no senior to respond to our escalated calls.

Would like to know if you would be able to help in this regard and like to have an immediate response on this matter. Also If I am not being provided with the gift as offered even after waiting for 5 months, whereas new customers are being offered the same, it has become a total mental and financial harassment for myself.

I have attached the entire mail correspondence with their representatives which has been going for the last 4 months, but to no results. Also attached herewith the screen shot of the advertisement, they are giving on the website with the same offer. This is as of today's date.

Kindly do the needful.

Good housekeeping — Irregularity in delivery of magazine

I applied for a 2 year subscription in August 2007, but haven't received the following issues:
Nov 2007, April 2008, August 2008
Please ensure that I get all issues that I've paid for

Good housekeeping — not received subscription gift, also issues not received on time

I subscribed to Good Housekeeping in Oct 08. Received my 1st copy in dec 08. Firstly,
I do not receive the magazine issues before 10th of every month. To top it all I have not yet received the promised gift along with the subscription yet. Each time you mail, call or even contact senior officials from the company, the standard answer is ...In regards to your subscription gift . We apologize for inordinate delay in the delivery of the free gift. The stocks of the said gift had finished with us due to the over whelming response from the subscribers. The same were expected earlier but got delayed due to certain unavoidable circumstances. We will be able to get the shipment in another 3-4 weeks. Please bear with us in the interim.

I have been calling and mailing since Feb 09 and they have not been able to resolve it yet. It is such a shame... my subscription expires in Nov 09.
