[Resolved]  good year tyer — no replacement of defective tyre

I am Jatin patel,I have purchased a new tata indica vista qudra jet car on dated.23/9/2009 , good year tyre were fitted & given by tata motors.1 of the tyre got deshaped with in 500 km. I contacted telephonic to good year compnay`s technical person at shah patel & co, which is located at satelite,ahmedabad,gujrat.I got a complaint no.( [protected] ) and assurance for good service.after my visit to the company , they says that there is no mfg.defect in tyre and we cant replace the tyre,this problem has arise due to your drving style.there is so many complaints in indica vista`s tyre wich is supplied by good year tyre company.kindly take some solid step and provide me the justice.
