[Resolved]  Government Bus-S24 — Student's concession

I am an engineering student from kolkata . My complain is against the government buses specially S24. Well being a student I deserve the right to ask for the student's concession, don't I? I often got the concession,but sometimes refused.But today I just felt infuriated. When I said to the conductor that I am a student ,so I should get some concession.. He laughed and mocked on me saying that go back to your home and there is nothing like concession.I didn't said anything as he was quite aged,but told him I often got this concession. To this he replied that 'you are an engineering student from private college and only government colleges students deserve this , and as you give so much money in private college you deserve no right to ask for concession'. I was extremely shocked on listening this . I want some action to be taken regarding this matter . What is this ? When the government has imposed this 'concession' for students, why it is not followed? What sort of injustice is this ? I am giving up the details: Government Bus- S24 , Date and time - 25 July 2012 around 7 pm, Bus number- WB04C5232.
