Government — refund of money for failed transaction

I have booked online E-ticket to travel from Raybag to Bangalore(travelling date :[protected] for two Adults on[protected]Transaction ID [protected]) Amount : - 485/- (as per E-ticket) . (booked from Bangalore). For the same i got the E-ticket bearing PNR no. [protected].

Payment Option : through SBI Debit Card.

But for the same transaction Rs. 495/- has been deducted TWICE on the same Day.[protected] Another Ticket is also not booked. But the amount has been deducted. Pls go through this issue and get back regarding this issue.

Government — Traffic

Berhampur City much traffic problems. Mainly School & College buses are making traffic problems. In New Bus Stand Raod all most all buses are remaining in middle of the Road. Other peoples are suffering for this. Kindly look into this problems and instruct the School & college authorities they will instruct their staffs to keep their vehicle in spicies place so that other people not face problems at the time of driving.

Government — poor hygiene & sanitation

I am a resident of Moti Bagh North West. The development drive in the area has left the area into a garbage and construction malba nightmare. The hygiene and sanitation of the area is appalling and a huge security risk due to blooming scrap business around. Numerous complaints to Police as well as local authorities has borne only gloom. This area is predominantly occupied by govt officials who are helpless and area has been taken over by handful of people with political links are destroying the serenity and sanctity of the place.
