[Resolved]  Gramin seva auto complaint — Autos complaint

Legal action must be taken against those Gramin seva autos from Saket metro station till devli mod

I am daily commuter on IGNOU to Saket Metro station. Below are the issues I and several hundreds of other commuters face daily:
1. Although the distance is just around 2.5 Kms, Grameen Seva autos charge 10 rupees (after 2 rs Hike in CNG from 3rd Oct).
2. They have modified the autos to carry over 14 people (Driver and conductor extra) this puts life of passangers in risk.
3. The drivers don't appear even to have the valid licenses as they drive very rash and most all of them appear to be in age group of 15-19 years (They sometimes even drink and smoke while driving).

Agreed.. autos ko iss trah bhar lete hai jaise koi bus ho... or drivers ya conductors ko kho k space nhi hai to vo chilane lagte hai or Kiraya bhi jyada mangte hai...

the rajokri harijan basti to rajokri redlight/rajokri fly over distance between 3 km [approx] . but gramin sewa charges ten rupees but the charges of government buses is five rupees but they are not except 5 rupees . they are quarrel the peoples.kindly grant me .solve this problem. i know that you will solve this problem.

This is thanks cum complaint message about Gramin Sewa autos running between Palam colony and Shahbaad via, Dwarka Sec-7, Dada Dev mandir, Raj Nagar, Dwarka Sec-8 metro station. There was a shortage of public transport for residential of Palam for reaching at Metro station. By plying Gramin Sewa on this route you have given a relief to people.
From last about two month the Gramin Sewa owners are charging Rs.7/- instead of Rs.5/- and Rs.12/- instead of Rs.10/-. When there is no escalation in fare in DTC & metro, why they are charging extra? I request you to look into the matter and take strict action regarding this.

I made a complaint to transport department through e-mail, but still no action has been taken.

it is true because i face this problem daily haidarpur to NSP metro station. It have rs. 10/- but they demand rs.15/-.
How can i compliant it because Delhi Police has no solution of this( say shalimar bagh police station ).

Before Paying Traffic Challan Ask them why they are not cutting challan of Gramin Sewa

Why Should we pay Traffic Challan ? Even When every public transport vehicle like Gramin Sewa/ Auto Sewa/ Phat-Phat Sewa is violating traffic rules without any fear on road.
A survey conduced by me from “KINGWAY CAMP TO NATHUPURA” revealed everthing. For Minor Mistake police made challan for COMMON MAN, and some time Ride their bike to catch those who violate traffic rules. But when it comes to Public transport vehicle like Gramin Sewa, Auto Sewa, Phat-Phat Sewa etc who often carry 12 to 15 passengers whereas per Govt rule Only 7 passengers allowed (including Driver) why Police don’t take the same action on public transport who violates traffic rules infront of the police presence on daily basis. It openly sound “CORRUPTION”. 5 To 10 showy challan can’t change this nuisance. It’s not only the matter of Challan or so. Overcrowdness in public transport create short space in sitting, which openly invites uncomfort zone for LADIES. Women faced harassment while using it but tend to use it as this is the only way of connectivity.
Is every Traffic Rule is only for Common Man? On one side police take action if someone misbehaved with women by touch or by obscene behaviour on ground level but on the other side police kept himself silent even after seeing this in public transport where it can be easily done by the bad one’s under the shadow of overcrowdedness but not ready to take action? It clearly blame that due to the negligency of Police duty women face harassment.

1. Although the distance is just around 1.5 Kms, Grameen Seva autos charge 10 rupees.
2. They have modified the autos to carry over 14 people (Driver and conductor extra) this puts life of passangers in risk.
3. The drivers don't appear even to have the valid licenses as they drive very rash and most all of them appear to be in age group of 15-19 years (They sometimes even drink and smoke while driving). So, I requested to all traffic police athorities whichis with conectivity. kindly take a action with all grameen seva auto. which is a new face look india.

This is regarding the Gramin Seva plying in east Delhi (Nirman vihar metro to Jheel route), sir on Wednesday (13/8/14) i was travelling from Jheel to Nirman vihar metro through Gramin seva auto (Auto no -6025) when i told him to stop the auto at my destination, he denied & stopped further, when i objected, he started abusing me verbally when i asked why he slapped and punched me.i am shocked and don't know what to do! I dialed 100 number but action was taken later after he escaped. When i asked from auto owner about culprit driver he replied that driver changed

This is regarding the Gramin Seva running from Hauz Khas Metro Station to Munirka. The drivers of this route always first deny to take passengers for IIT Delhi and then ask for Rs. 10/- to drop them at IIT Delhi. Sir there is only one flyover between Hauz Khas Metro Station and IIT Delhi, for this one stop they are charging maximum fare which is for last stop i.e. Munirka. Moreover, if someone refuse to give Rs. 10/- then they use abusive language to the students/staff of IITDelhi. Just to avoid their misbehave, Girls always give them Rs. 10/- instead of Rs. 5/-.

This is the main issue which several commuters coming towards IIT Delhi facing on regular basis. Therefore, it is to request you to please take necessary action towards this menace created by the Gramin Seva Drivers.

Worst service AND CHARGES WHATEVER THEY WISHES, from Govindpuri Gali no 13 to Govindpuri Metro station it is only Rs. 5/- but most of the G.S.Autos charging Rs. 10/- and if you try to protest they are becoming violent.Today (21st Apr) I again faced such harrowing experience with the auto - DL2W3960. Delhi Govt - please do something.

me daily rithala metro station se Gramin Sewa me sector-11, Opp. CNG Pump tak office aata hu jiska kiraya Rs.5 hota hai lekin aaj ek gramin sewa wale ne jiska no.DL 2W 5544 hai ne pahle to rithala metro se sector-11 ke liye bithane se mana kar diya lekin jab bithaya to Rs.10 kiraya zabarjasti le liya jabki rithala metro se sector-11 ki duri approx. 1 km hi hai.
