Fraud with Customers I would like to bring to your attention of a fraud and cheating of innocent people run by the travel portal http://greatindiatravels.in/. Subject : Complaint of Fraud with innocent and unsuspecting consumers by Greatindiatravels.in and the company through which they are registered as One Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In detail : I have bought 6 packages for 4 nights/ 5 days @5499, Payment Id's -- 02392518 02392454 02392488 02392491 02392499 02392509 I was being told that vouchers will be delivered at my address and confirmation was given that once i fill out the form, i will be given booking confirmation within 72 working hours. 72 hours are long gone, when i am trying to call Pankaj, Mobile Number - [protected] he's constantly ignoring my calls and not picking at all. I called him from an unknown number and he picked my call and told me that he will get back to me within half an hour and send booking confirmation email before calling. That guy had the guts to call me again and give me the offer of buying additional 4 packages and he will send over a Dell laptop. I am trying to get hold of the guy but he's not attending my calls anymore. Great India Travels is a complete FRAUD company, making a fool of customers. I want REFUND!!!!!!!!!!! PS - Already in touch with my lawyer to drag this fake/ fraud company to consumer court. Have ample email proofs to bring them down on their knees in the court room. This is awesome!!! These guys doesnt even reply back to their customer complaints now.

These guys are making a mess of company's reputation by lying to the customers and making them buy these packages by giving them wrong information, using wrong ways (contacting from their mobile phones, so that the wrong info they share shouldnt be recorded from company phone).

The worst part is they are still running this Fraud by telling same things to customers everyday.

This is Ridiculously insane!!!

Kindly get back to me with Refund details before I goahead with legal actions.
