[Resolved] Greater Noida Authority — refund status o[censored]nsuccessful applicants of BHS-11 draw.

writing on behalf of helpless unsuccessful applicants It's really a ridiculous deal Greater Noida Authority is doing with the applicants of BHS-11 housing scheme firstly they informed that draw will be in held in may 2009 ( when applying in February ) due to parliament elections they carried forward the draw date without any notice after long wait draw was finally held on 21.07.2009 & 22.07.2009 now after draw it's already past 1 month but they have not returned the registration fees to the unsuccessful applicants on their website it's showing "your refund details are advised to the concerned bank" since one month they neither pick up phones nor replying mails regarding this issue they are just earning interest on the registration money collected can anybody help me out if we can complain against the Authority in consumer court ? My Application No. is 34851 for BHS-11 Scheme and my name did not appear in the draw list held on 21 & 22.07.2009. Now, almost more than one month has been past, but my refund cheque is still to be received. However, almost all of my unsuccessful colleages have received their refund cheque. On contact with concerned bank, no response has been received.

I also applied for BS-11 Scheme. as per their site shows un succusses. appx two months has past but I did not get refund amount.

The same with me .Even till date i.e. on 5th October.09 I did not get the cheque of REFUND.
Pl advise where to approach to get the refund and the INTEREST for which I deserve.

My Application No. is 40434 in your BHS-11 scheme. As per the site my name did not appear in draw. Neither I have received the refund of registration money. Pl. advise where I should approach to get the refund and and the interest on the registration amount as already 3-4 months have passed.
