[Resolved]  Greater Noida Authority — Possession for BHS 11

Hi,
It is being more than 3 years and no time is promised when to get the possession for BHS11 scheme flats. Penalty clause is also not defined by the authority. All construction is at halt, the construction which was done before 2 years is as it is. I use to visit the sites but i fell very bad as there is no change in construction. Flats are ready but where is the delay only authority knows.
We are only paying the EMI's which is big burden for us..
Please do a favour to us and get the possession ASAP.

Zeta -1 possession has been given by authority, but the flats are not ready as per agreement/brochure. Area is almost totally open. Work is at halt.
