[Resolved]  Gruh finance / Home loan — In complet dissburs ment off loan from last 3 years

Agreements for sell Dt. April 2005 with Mr. Upadhyay.

Application for 100% loan against my agreement value at may 2005

As per commitment of your bank authority I accept the processing fee and approval loan Rs 1028000/-, and paid processing fee Rs. 10280.00 clear by cheque No. 078463 Dt. 4/06/05.

They totally harass me for loan approval and take long time to final.

In between my flat owner take penalty for late payment and I pay it Rs. 57000/- in cash this is because of your bank.

Instead of above mention loan (A/c No. 401/3815) they give me sanction letter of Rs. 824296 @ 8.75%.

Thou I accept it and confirm it by my self and ask them for payment date but they take long time as usual. And I go every time for enquiry I complete all my documentation as per sanction letter list.

And they give commitment of part payment to me of Rs.750000/- & Rs. 74296.00 but they didn’t give me balance amount Rs. 74296.00 Till today

Finally they give me Rs.750000/- cheque at December 2005.

I pay advance. pre EMI also and give them LIC money back policy cheque of Rs. 20000/- for Pre EMI but they didn’t give me my balance amount till today.

Many times I ask about my balance but they ignore me.

So I told them when you give me my balance amount I will start my EMI because of this payment my owner didn’t give me flat transfer paper to my society and nor paying any AMC charges to society.

I also told them to take back loan as it is but they didn’t do so.

I also say that I am ready to pay 10% per annum for returned loan Rs. 750000/-

One day they send two peoples at my home and from them Mr. Manoj Avsare talk with me rudely and calling names to me.

But second person Mr. Ranade told him to keep silence and told me to come at office for settlement and talk with our Manager at same day with my letter of my opinion.

As per discussion with Mr. Ranade I went there to talk Manager

But Manager Mrs. Rupali thro out my letter and also talk me rudely.

And in Managers cabin they locked me in side the cabin and all bank officers talk me in bad language.

Mr. Manoj Avsare hit me badly in office.

After some days I got 138 notices by your bank and I challenge to that but many times they didn’t come for that case.

Today 14/11/08 they send me notice off decree of my home.

I am suffering form to much tension and I having one 14 month old child were should I go with them and what is my fault for this situation.

Today I loss my Business because of your bank take my business capital investment as a collateral security.

Now I am at job with one limited company in mumbai.

And if I am ready to sell my flat it is my loss of prime location property next time I can’t think to buy this type of property.

Only ego of Mrs. Rupali madam is giving trouble to my family & me.
