[Resolved]  gspc gas company — Temporary Disconnection Service and Maintenance

I have recently bought new home with that I have transfered existing GSPC Gas connection (Custmer Id :[protected] on my name as per company policy by paying transfer fees amount of Rs. 200 and given application for modification of the premises, for that I have been charged total amount Rs. 3450 Modification + Temp disconnection by the company rules on 16th Dec, 2011. they came for disconnection after 10 days for the said request but work not done properly by the team of the company, after that as per instruction by my contractor it should be blocked properly inside by the GSPC Company otherwise may lickage during the groundwork and could be damage to the premises and surround area also, though I have called many times to the emergency team of the GSPC company but they are not taking the matter seriously, as the local emergency team is also on contractual basis and the size of the team is very small compare to work load and number of connection in size is very huge at Rajkot City, GSPC Company is only interested and targeting in Sales of new connection but in service and maintaince they are not even equiped but very poor, In call of Emergency work team reaching the site after 12 to 15 days instead of minutes that quick they respond the call
I would like to pay your immidiate attention that GSPC Comapny should have their own emergency number of team for area wise to attain the complaint on time to avoid the emergency and accidents, my compalint is till date pending, after doing so many calls once Emergency team came to attain my complain and they couldnt able to find the location of the pipeline needs to block and by excusing they said it is late now though we will come tomorrow before around a week but till date their tomorrow is not done. that is the maintainance and service GSPC GAS Company provide to their clients, Whether I should knock the doors of consumer court or these people understand the value of client and emergency? what should i do pls advice ASAP before any damage or accident happen
