just in the morning i hv received a call from GSS ph no [protected] giving me details of the shipment containing a tablet PC two wrist watches which i have not ordered. on asking about when will my cheques arrive? they still commit that i will receive all the cheques till 10th of MAY!

very next day after posting on consumercomplaint.in and bajaj allianz customer support i have been called by GSS so called senior managers telling me that i have to take back my complaint for smooth distribution of my prize money! they were constantly prompting me to withdraw your complaint and wait for another ten days to complete all the formalities regarding release of all said cheques! if you don't withdraw your complaint your profile's status will go on HOLD and no prize money will be given to you.
on the top of that they are giving a draft of the posting i have make on this forum : " due to some misunderstanding with gss shooping pvt ltd, i have posted a complaint regarding bajajallianz insurance policy which i have BOUGHT through GSS. hence i don't have any complaint regarding the same issue."
what should i do? any suggestions please.

I personally visited the address which was mentioned. They have taken a small room to start this business and they vacated 31st march 2012.
I am getting phone calls from GSS shopping pvt. Ltd. They are giving me a offer that I can select one of the item(LED, laptop or mobile/tablet phones) for free.But I have to deposit an amount of Rs. 5998/- whether by credit/debit card or by cash to their account at ICICI bank. I was confused what should I do so I was searching for their company and I got the complaints and reviews over this company in consumercomplaints.in . Now I am totally confused please guys suggest me what should I do.
If you are sure that the call is received by India Today Book Club(ITBC)/Bag it today Grabitmore or gss shooping pvt ltd then they will 100% cheat you because I am already a victim of ITBC. I wasn’t spare them, I am fighting in the consumer court at South Delhi My Case no. Is 196/11 of the same. I request you to don’t fall pray of any luring offers. I spent around 2, 10, 000=00. Got all the products, not the commitments. I kept recording ITBC phone calls are made 128 pages case file with the help of advocate and I know one day, I will win. Please ignore such offers in the future also. I know it is very difficult to keep such offer but once you fall prey, they will make your life hell. So Again, I request you to skip such offers.
