i too received a sms.for 250, 000.00gbr, ofcource the money transfer &other legal formalities charges are to be paid, either by company or by the winnerz...in my openion the comp.should have as policy kept such funds aside, &pay accordingly...secondly, supose the winner has to pay, then the company should have reserver the right frome the won/prize amount..to save the herasments & uncertainity on the side of the prize recipient..
