I had purchased a sofa set wooden (3+1+1) worth Rs. 24000/- and a tea table worth Rs.3000/- by cash payment from M/s Gajanan Furniture,102 Mayur Complex, Khodiyar Colony, Airport Road ,Jamnagar-1, Gujarat, Ph[protected]. Furniture proprietor assured me that any complaint will be entertained within 5 years simple a telephonic call.
But after delivery 30 days Sofa & tea table got tear off, slack, cracks and pill out from various places. In this subject make lot of phone call/personally meet and convey the actual problem, altimetry the vendor send a Kariger to repair it on pay basis,but Kariger clearly state that whatever wood, sponge & spring had been used to make this sofa all are very poor and worst quality(rejected materials) and it will not be repair.
After all I went to proprietor (Gajanan Furniture) to find out my loss money’s resolution, but he had not entitled any further corrective action like repair/replace. This is one kind of cheating business with local customer with deliver poor and worst Quality materials.
In this circumstance I have arise a kind notice for your urgent and express action and also appeal to all concern not to purchase any most nasty furniture from this unfair consumer practice shopper.

M/s Gajanan Furniture, Town hall also have very bad service, always telling lie, not deliver your order on time
They have cheating business with local customer.
On Brief M/s Gajanan Furniture: very very bad customer service, respond to customer is lie, price wise material/item is not desirable.
I have very bad experience, Never purchase from there.
