Gupta Service Station Rao Tula Marg, New Delhi — Fraud in petrol filling

I wish to draw your kind attention that Today on 4 October, 2011 at 9.30 Am i went to Gupta Service Station situated at Rao Tula Ram Marg, i opted for Rs. 500 Petrol in My car. I Ensured the Zero reading but did not come out of the car to see whether the attendant is filling up the pertol or not. After having paid Rs. 500 and recieving the Petrol 7.49 ltrs as displayed on the meter, i left for my office. To my surprise the Meter reading did not went up even after few KMS i ran the car.
I switched off the engine and restart the car many times under the impression that may be the reading does not go up instatntly but after many attempts the meter was showing the old quantity.
Then i took the U turn and again went to the same Petrol pump to enquire what happend there. I asked the attendants and even to a Man who was claiming himself the Owner of the said Petrol pump to check the petrol in my car. But they simply refused the same by saying we are not responsible for the Meter reading. After having so much arguments with the owner too they did not accept my claim. The said Owner also pointed out that daily we recieve such complaints from 4-5 customers.
I do not know how to file a complaint against such Fraud Petrol Pumps.
I request the relevant authorities to take action aganist the said petrol pump. I also request the users who are reading this article to kindly avoid this fraud petrol pump.
