[Resolved]  GVK/ MSE Pvt. Ltd.. — Wrongly Charging

You are not the only one. Everyone is facing issues with wrong time-charging. For eg, I had timed my watch which indicated 3 minutes, but I was informed its more than 6 minutes and hence was charged. You just cant argue with these people. They have their own groups, gangs, agendas and backing. Your and my complaint is of no use. Consider it a bribe you are paying to use the airport facility and move on. We are far way from being amongst the top airports in the world. (unless we brobe our way through there also)

You are right, there is a goonda racket going on at both the international and domestic airport, we were at the domestic airport picking up a friend and were allowed to park for five minutes as per the ticket given to us, when my driver started to move at 4 minutes to get out, he was stopped by one Ramesh Kumar and engaged him in a conversation, and then he was told to pay Rs110 as he was late now by one minute, when we argued we were told that they are from Haryana Ramesh Kumar and Mukesh Kumar and its their law or they will take us to task in their way, they also called out to a few more men who were sitting in the side alleys who ran towards us and surrounded us, we were threatened and foul language was used by them, we had no alternative but to pay and leave ...GVK please take notice these goons are a reflection of your image, since you run the show at the airports...

Very worst expiriance at Mumbai int airport terminal 2 parking staff Mse Pvt. Ltd company staff offer us without parking bill the charge us rs 50 and i[censored] take bill its 110 it's horrible I take ola cab from airport and t 2 parking person take 110 rs for taxi pick up parking charges and he asked us without receipt give us rs 50 very wrong staff at airport for few money they work anything like Mumbai int airport

I went to Chatrapati International Airport yesterday at Santacruz to pick up my brother who arrived by Indigo Flight no. 6E xxxxx coming from Bangalore. The earlier parking zone was replaced and the new parking zone is 500m away from arrival place. I was charged rs 120 for 15 minutes. Thereafter when the taxi came at pick up point another Rs 110 was charged for just 10 minutes making it total of Rs 220 for just 20 minutes or so. The receipt number is 11330 managed by MSE Pvt. Ltd at Arrival Pick up Point T-1. I fail to understand how can the parking can be charged at two places. First of all the parking zone is made about 500 meterds away from arrival point and there is no shade/roof. We are charged for the parking but what is the justification in charging another Rs 110 for picking up passanger. I think the authorities would appreciate that when we pay Rs 110, it is already after having paid 30% income tax to the government. Can some one take up the cause to see any justification in this.

Could not find any legal document allowing GVK to charge this. Is this legal? Does the civil aviation ministry takes this into account when deciding the Airport Usage charges levied by Mumbai Airport. Why MSE Pvt Ltd? Shell company to overcharge airport users?

Is there any use of raising a complaint or??
Just now we took ola taxi from domestic arrivals... We boarded the taxi in 1 mins... But 4 young lads came in and started to ask 110 rupees... I said I never paid then they started to ask the driver... As it was becoming late the driver paid. Then we asked for the bill. This is very bad experience and not a good impression for an international city. Authorities should take care of this .

Today I was coming from airport my car picked me up from outside pickup point as pick point was fully packed and n I was wait for long so decided to come out n get in car. But one pig name Mr Mahdev shinde from MSE pvt ltd came and started asking Rs 130. I asked for wat he said for taking car from outside pickup point . And started arguing with driver . That PIG from MSE / GVK said we are from GVK n we have right to collect money . I asked him give me his boss number he said jisko phone phone kara hai karo pehele paise do. Then I took his ID card and clicked the pic of card where there was no contact number of MSE pvt ltd or GVK contact so that I can contact his authority . Then my driver spoke to him to settle down then that pig MR MAHADEV SHINDE asked for Rs 100 for without bill. See how this GVK and MSE pvt ltd people are looting everyone at airport. If in future I see this Pig I will kick that guy.

After reading many complaints above I think there is no use of complaining at this forum. Yesterday I have faced
same issue . At the place they handling the parking of vehicle in the manner of delaying the same. While entering the vehicle they are issuing computerized slip but at the time of exit they are issuing manual with 1 or 2 minute
late/ahead time.
