[Resolved]  H D F C Bank credit card — Misbehavior of Customer care executive Mr Akbar Ahmedabad

I have complain against customer care officer Mr Akbar he has misbehave with me while taking to him.
on phone

I have lodge the written complain to Custmor care but till date there is no action from their end.

There is no information in credit card statement that you have give minimum 6 verification at time of taking in customer care you have mention 24 hrs customer call centre. any customer care servicies taking to custmor has to inform what is the requirement of Bank then Customer care executive or concern employees should ask the question for verification. single call to customer care is cost.

You are aware that as per consumer act you have to provide all the details to customer.

What type of customer care you are having That I can not under stand?

AFTER REGISTRATION OF MY CREDIT CARD I AM UNABLE TO USE MY CARD FOR TRANSACTION . MY CARD IS BLOCKED FOR LAST MORE THAN 5 DAYS. PLEASE HELP ME TO UNBLOCK MY CARD AND LET ME KNOW HOW TO USE THE CARD
ATTACHED CREDIT CARD STATEMENT COULD NOT BE OPEN WITH YHE PASSWORD WHICH YOU ARE SUGGESTED ME.PROVIDE ME THE CORRECT PASS WORD TO OPEN THE STATEMENT.

In the monthly statement of credit card it is requested to state the details of the transaction i.e, name of the firm raising the bill, the item against which the bill is raised and the date of order. By putting the amount only the card user sometimes misses the details and pays the the bill in hurry to avoid the accrual of interest over the amount. The Credit Card Division also takes the opportunity to raise interest if the card holder keeps the amount unpaid to inquire the details.
