I had purchased a HP computer of model COMPAQ PRESARIO SG3540IL from M/S Alfa Computers ,Udhampur vide bill no. SE-251-VAT dt 22 feb 2009.At the time of purchase there was
a scheme of supplying a ups and printer by generating a redemption code after purchase.Where the ups was delivered to me the printer is still not been supplied.Inspite of my several complaints to HP Computers and their dealer at Udhampur I got no reply.I am feeling being cheated.Please help me. I, MRS KUCHU BATABYAL had purchased a HP computer of model COMPAQ PRESARIO ON 5/4/09 from IT ZONE DURGAPUR. MY REDEMPTION CODE NO:-ZSPOA1MZLR. NAME-COMPAQ WEB PROMO 9, FILE NO: 106208 SENT BY HP COMPANY ON 16/5/09. IT IS TOLD IN THE DOCUMENT THAT THE OFFER WILL BE SENT WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS FROM THE ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR CLAIM.IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME BUT I HAVE NOT GOT THE ALL IN ONE PRINTER TILL NOW. We are fed up and we are not knowing what to do now. If we dial to hp customer care they are, giving us sweet languages for what they were trained, and no action really.We have written so many letter to the company but there is no response.We are feeling cheated.Please kindly do something for us.
