Sub:- complaint against m/s, Haldiram’s Food International LTd., Nagpur , having registered office at Mumbai
Dear sir ,
I had purchased one pack of chips brand name halka fulka m/d m/s Haldirams’s Food International ltd , Nagpur , having registered office in Mumbai. The pack having detail that is net weight 20 grams , having batch number 9P113B11 manufactured date 10.09 , MRP. Rs.5/- duly sealed air tight pack.
After purchase the pack from a retailer named M/s, Radhika Store, Durgesh Park, Kalher, Thane Bhiwandi Road, Thane, we found that the weight of the pack is 8 ( eight ) grams including the packet and the air inside in place of net weight 20 grams. Hoping that the pack is empty ,we did not open the pack and asked retailer to help me for the same and he advised us to contact the company directly.
After making complaint to the company one of the officer and also the C & F of the area replied that we are the big company and these type of small mistake take places, just ignore the matter and they did not take any action in the matter.
Sir, we are raising under mentioned points before you please take look into the matter :
1) that the product is ready food manufactured by a reputed Indian international company.
2) That the company had a turnover of more then 1500 crores and if these type of mistake take place and the C & F is also concern in the matter that means it will be done by the company regularly .
3) We hope or blame it as a clear cheating with the customer.
4) Haldiram brand is a reputed brand in VEG Food in India as well as in the International market.
5) How the company having these type of reputation can do such mistake. When they have full separate department and the quality control and the dispatch section.
6) After the pack it will again packed in a cartoon and it will also weighted before delivery to C & F , and C&F deliver the same to distributor and to sub distributor and then to retailer and lastly to consumer.
7) Company is not bothered about the quality and the quantity. They have ego that they are the international brand they can do every think and that are ok.
SIR WE CLEARLY SAY THAT IT IS A CHEATING WITH THE CONSUMER AND BY THIS WE MAKE COMPLAINT BEFORE YOU THAT THEY ARE DOING THESE TYPE OF MISTAKE TO GET MORE PROFIT BY CHEATING . IF THEY ARE DOING 10% OF THE TOTAL SALE THE CHEATING FIGURE IS MORE THEN 150 CRORES.
So please look into the matter and take the hard action against them.
