Hanuman Industries — No Response at all regarding Cheque Credit in the Account
Dear Sir,We are having many accounts in your Bank i.e.in Rourkela Industrial Etate Branch,Rourkela-4 since a long. Availing CC limit also paying heavy interest.But it is regularly found that crediting our account becomes late many a times.Our staff is being harrased by your staff Mrs.B.Manikyam a glass worn gentle lady and Mr.B.K.Mishra a newly face glass worn gentle men."We have no work with the Bank after deposit of Cheque, no need to followup" commented regularly. But sorry to mention here that the gentleman has not credited to our Acoount till evening and after our follow-up the account has been credited and DD made against the clearing cheque on some where who was waiting for their credit at his branch on 24.09.09. (11.30AM to 4.00PM)
It is not new to mention here that we are facing trouble a lot. One day the gentle lady Mrs.B.Manikyam has kept the cheque in the Drp Box intentionally instead of transfer to our another Account. At the evening time when we follow-up the transaction it is found that the cheque is lying in the Drop Bax instead of immediate transfer because both Account was belongs to same branch.
Mr.Pattnaik of the R.I.E.Branch himself opned the Drop Box and transferred the amount. So it is being found that with the help of such irresponsible personnel how can we run with.On the day she was asked about the matter but she ignored it telling and asumimg that the cheque was belongs to other branch. How this people has been appointed that they are unable to recognise their won branches cheques. It is unbearable truth that they are not suited for the Job. But as they are certified and appointed by the Authority the general public has nothing to comment but to be silent and tolorate. But when things will go out of control unexpected situation may take place.
Sir, therefore we request before your goodself to take immediate corrective measure to minimise the harrasment at the Branch mentioned above.
