[Resolved]  Happy Land — Happy Land………….. The worst place to be in Trivandrum

I would like to add to yesterdays comments that there is a terrible smell o[censored]rine near the orange and yellow slides which are built over a toilet block. The changing rooms are also very unclean. There are crows living in the restaurant which try to steal food off of your plate while you are eating, the fact that the tables are not cleared quickly encourages this.
I should have known what to expect as when my daughter phoned to check that Happyland would be open and not closed for cleaning she was told that it is always open as they do not clean the pools, she was also told that the cost was Rs 325 per person, but when we arrived the cost was Rs 400 per person.
I dread to think how much urine and spittle is in those pools.

I have taken my family and friends to Happyland every year since it opened and each year have seen standards drop. When i took my family yesterday 24/04/2013/ i was disgusted by how unclean the water was. The bottom of the pool was slippy due to the green slime and there were many mosquito's both alive and dead. I would not want my dog to drink that water.
At the end of the day a security guard who had the deposit money for the lockers refused to return our money as the plastic number tab had fallen off of one of the keys, we had given the plastic tab to the locker room assistant, it was not lost. I asked to see a manager and was told that there was no manager. After a lot of argument i spotted the manager coming to see what the shouting was about, he made the little Hitler of a security guard give us our deposit back.
Another problem is the slimey waiters in the restaurant hanging around waiting for a tip.
This will be the last time i visit Happyland.
I strongly recommend that they get a visit from the department of health.

Irresponsible staffs and Manager. I had similar bad experience @ Happy land on[protected]. Worst customer service.I hope happland might shutdown soon.

The worst water theme park ever visited.
The water is so unclean and unhygenic.These buggers won't clean it is felt.After an play in water with my child from the next day too sick.My wbc count went up to 5000 more than normal range of 11000.Better these buggers should close such park for public safety..

Bad behaviour by sfaffs and unhygienic caffeteria and pool. Staffs are so arrogant and they used bad words even with kids while arguing about their nonfunctioning rides. Never seen such a bad park and staffs. And in caffeteria all the chairs are with bird’s ###. Wen we asked them to clean it they said it is not possible to clean now, you can use available clean chairs and the house keeping staffs were sitting and making fun o[censored]s. Never suggest such a park for anyone

Never go to happy land. Arrogant staffs treated us like their servant, the want us to carry the sheets for next ride by our own. When we refused for it they closed that ride. And the water was unhygienic and bad caffeteria too
