Am one o[censored]r policy holder i had great expiereance in ur branch while making paymet that is not at all acceptable pls train ur people proper handling cash procedure and instruct them how to behave with customer .
Nature of complaint is he is without any proof and without veryfing 500 rs note he is telling its fake note for that he or no one having any proof to proov that its redecules and not at all acceptable .how can say that in front of 10 people its fake not he is not accepted that money also it was took long to make payment in ur branch . i am planning to withdrawn my ballence and moving to some other insurance and i feel that for u people only money its importent not custmer Was this information helpful? |
