Dear Loga, I am surprised to see your post here. This is not fair. I remember those days when we ate in the same plate the food from our boss house. Yes, it was a new company then and we were all small struggling to take this company to newer heights. We were together as a team even though we struggled to get salaries on time. We have put in some much of efforts. Let me try to comment on each of your points...I am not sure whether I am totally right or wrong, but surely you need to remember that we had a platform to off shoot from this company. My words are for just thought process...decide things for yourself...
1. They won't pay salary on time.
(Markets are down, companies are laying off. Though salaries are delayed, we had been getting our salary. I dont see a point of complaint here. Still there are companies who dont even pay for 3 to 4 months)
2. If you put paper if you are good resource they will not allow you to go out.
(Sensible, Every company does that. They would love to retain good resource. I dont find anything wrong in it. I have experienced it personally. Fact, is I am proud and happy it is that way considering market scenarios)
3. If you put paper they will terminate immediately without any reason(or they will create own reason). And they wont give the expericen certificate and black mail you..
(First thing first, Have you not received your experience certificate? Have you not received your relieving letter? Have you not received any positive feedback for your job verification for you present job? Not at all fair, I know, I was there when you received it. You cannot place this as an issue. If you have come across such person during service, it should have reasons behind it and you need to leave it to individuals.)
4. They wont pay last month salary(this condition applicable for all).
(No, Every individual has received it but, you need to stick on to the policies of the Company. Does your current employer have a exit policy? Have you been issued with an offer letter / appointment letter? if so please read it thoroughly now itself.)
5. In freshers. they wont pay first 3 months salary.
(Yes, it is a policy where in trainees and fresher do not get salary, but they are provided with stipend to meet their needs. It used to be part of discussion during the initial interview. Also, one should be happy that this company provides opportunity for freshers rather than seeking only experienced people. I remember you were also part of this policy decision when you were there with the company.)
6. They dont have original software too. All softwares are crackable.
(All the above points had some base for argument and this point is totally unacceptable. It would have been true in the past. but thats how small players have to begin in the market.)
For me,
They cheated 2 lakhs for me and made drama for stolen the source code.
(Loga, please do not use too harsh words in the open forum. As I know the history of what has happened. I dont think any one has said no to your money. There are issues in your actions at the end of your term and even after relieving. you are also aware of the severity of the issues. I do not intend to discuss the issue here. But you also know that very well. You have been provided with opportunity to clear things from your side, which you failed to do till date. What is the point in such crying, when we have issues with previous employer. The best way is to go down have a face to face meeting resolve things and get things done. This is what I do when ever I face issues.)
You, yourself mentioned that you server 4 years. So you know everything about the company and your boss. Never forget all the good things we experienced together.
Finally, a bit of word, never do foul cry about your previous company. It creates a very wrong image for everybody. All the best!!!

myself too attend a interview at haritham tecknologies ! only one round of interview ! Interviewer asks u questions in general ! but he thinks himself as a only knowledge able person ! he dont asks a technical questions ! no bond ! but he warns once we go out of his company he ll spoil our carrier ! after i talked to him he told i got select ! after that his assistant ll tell the rules for fresher, i stunned .
1. timing is morning 7 to evening 5
2. no salary for first 3 months .
3.aftre that 2k per months for some months (i forger exactly).
4. if our performance is good they ll improve finally .

Yes, Company Md Sugumaran one of worst person i had ever seen. He will never treat the candidates who came for interview properly. He will use harsh words during the interview.There is no more reviews below this so i gave one star. One of the worst worst worst companiesi had ever seen.Now i am running my own company. People who are searching for job please don't go to this company.

I worked in that company. Don't join that company i[censored] get any offer. Also don't attend that company interview itself... waste of time...don't pay the salary correctly...
Last month salary was not given upto now...
Now i started my own company
