I agree with this BALA KRISHNA REDDY is fraud builder. Before buying any property either from ISHA MISTY GREEN/ ISHA Casablanca. Contact any person who has already purchaser. You will not buy flat from him. People who has taken flat from him has started procedure for Legal action. Soon this builder will close ISHA INFRA PROJECTS and run away.

Ooh my god this conman Balkrishna Reddy from tirupathi ( new nos - [protected]) has started a new company named as ISHAA Infra Projects and closed his previous company - Havi Sai Projects after cheating people of Sai Paragon Meadows. I was his victims in his current project Ishaa Lakefront, HSR . Most of the owner had to pay extra money for things agreed at the time of booking. DONT BUY FROM HIS NEW PROJECT near panathur ISHAA CASABLANCA . I am already taking to legal advisor to drag him to court.

Any update on the builder, Did he deliver what all he promises during the booking ? am also planning to book flat in Isha casablanca.

The behaviour of the marketing guy @ the site is dubious when enquired about the earlier project progress.. The are telling all about Vandana Infra projects and nothing about the concerned raised here. For an enquies about the builder and projects with suspicion the answer is same "No sire, I am not aware".. That raises more suspicion.. Moreover it seems the top floor is illegal as not approved by nationalised bank.

We have seen recently Ishaa misty green. Kindly suggest if you know any details. They are telling that project will be finished in 2 years. How builder time lines..
