Haware Engineers & Builders, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra — Not handing over the flat

I regret to state that I had made the booking of a flat in "TIARA" Project (Kharghar, Navi Mumbai) of M/s Haware Engineers & Builders in February, 2006 with a commitment from their side that it would be handed over to me within 18 months and soon after, we completed the full formality of the registration of the property but, as of now it is not yet handed over. It goes without saying that I have been putting up the complaints on the same subjct to the Builder and to the concerned Ministry of Govt. of India regularly but, again I regret to state that all failed to evoke any response. I wonder where we live in. Is it the jungle-world?
Under the present circumstances of Global Economic Downfal and job-loss, I have also been affected. It is just a pain over a pain. I still continue to pay an exhorbitant house-rent for where we are in, presently, a rented house and simultaneously, to pay high pre-EMI to HDFC Home Loan. How can one survive in this situation? No action has been taken against that Builder and also find no improving change in theirs.

Please dont go to Haware builders. The construction is down market and people are unprofessional

Yes ! Haware Group is delaying in handing over the project, from December 2009, that kept on saying that OC yet to receive, this is just absurbd. How can CIDCO delay OC for such long. I feel something more fishy. The customer services Officer Mr. Subhash Padge, is himself not sure when the OC will be received. When ever you call him, he is just un-answerable. Mr. Haware, himself is not bothered to look into the affairs. They just keep on launching new projects. Strong action should be taken from such errand developers.

I totally agree with all the comments on Haware Builder. I add to it as follows:
1) They don’t complete the job of the building and ask for final payment by threatening that they increase their rate even after registration & Agreement.
2) As soon you pay all the money, they will not bother to receive your call. Even if they receive call they will keep you on hold and cut the line or ask somebody to answer & say lie that required person is not in the office.
3) Even if you make 100 calls, they don’t move even a inch. They are so careless & inhuman. Some of animal staff names are Vidhya, Rajesh & Usha etc.
