Dear Sir,
With deep trust, best market value and good history of customer care cell of HCL Brand, I had purchased a Desktop Computer on 23.06.2008 from M/s. Mark Computers, Shop No. 421-422, 2nd Floor, Soprix Mall, Sector061, Noida, with 3 years extra warranty. In the beginning this system gave me so may problems in executing it's services which were some how managed or resovled. On 1st of Sept.,2010, it's LCD gave a problem of display due to which my total work was held up. My two daughter's education work was badly suffered in a single day. On 2nd of Sept.,10, I contacted M/s. Mark Computer, to help me by repairing this defect who advised me to contact HCL Customer Care Cell at [protected]. On 4th Sept., 2010, I lodged my problem and was given query no. [protected] / 04.09.2010 from Mr. nitin Saxena with assurance that my problem will be resolved within 24-48 hrs however one Engineer namely Mr. Ashish came to my residence on 06.09.10 and after checking the LCD finalized that LCD will be carried by him and returned after not less 10-15 days. I immediately contacted your customer care cell and requested that since myself work and my daughter's work due to their half yearly examinations will suffer hence I should be provided a standby LCD for the time being but no response was given. Sine 6th Sept., 2010 till today i.e. 13.09.10 I have various times contacted your customer care cell persons as per details given below :

From the above, it can be easily understood that how type of services after sale are being given to the customer who are all for any company to survive.
It is also regretted to point out that when ever I contacted customer care cell and detailed my problem, no proper reply and even tentative date of solution was given. If these type of services are provided to their valuable customer how any body can think to purchase HCL brand or even forward his recommendation to his nearest.
Can I request that my complaint keeping in view of my problem may kindly be handled on priority basis and my LCD is repaired immediately.
