[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — No Role Of HR Department

Hi,

I would like to log a compaint about the service provided by HDFC bank.

Their ATM's weren't working today so after trying to withdraw money from 3 differnet ATM's as suggested by phone banking as they told me that there was no problem with HDFC ATM's.

I then decided to go to the branch and after waiting in a long queue to get information I was told that I need my cheque book. I told the bank person that I didnt have it and if I could just withdraw the money using a withdrawl slip but he insisted i get the cheque book. So i went back home collected my cheque book and came back to the branch it was 12:29 when I got there but the security gaurd and bank people refused to let me in saying that the bank closed for the day although their closing time for the day is 12:30 on saturdays.

I am throughly disatisfied with the service provided by this bank and its employees. If the bank people knew that the bank was going to close they should have informed me, and phone banking should have the updated information as i wasted most of my time going from one ATM to another thinking that there was a problem with either my card or the ATM machine i was at. Futhermore I feel that a bank should extend their working hours especially on days when they know their ATM's aren't working and customer would need to go to a branch to withdraw money.

In my opinion I think HDFC bank provides very poor quality of service!!!!

THEN I ASK TO MY SALES MANAGER, MY SM SAY TO ME YOUR CASA RESIGNATION NOT RECEIVE THEN I RESIGN FIRST CASA JOB & MY FOOL AND FINAL COMPLETE IN 240 DAY'S ACTYAL DAY IS 2 or 3 MONTH. THEN I RESIGN BOTH JOB. BUT TODAY(14/11/2009) I NOT RECEIVE MY 3 MONTH SALARY FROM HDFC SEQURITIES. 29 SEP-2009 MY F & F PROCEDURE START IN HDFC SEQURITIES. HR DEPT SAY TO ME 45 TO 60 DAY'S WORKING FOR F & F ( 29 SEP.-09 TO 14 NOV-09 TOTAL 45 DAY'S) I NOT RECEIVE MY 3 MOTH SALARY FROM HDFC SEQURITIES DEPARTMENT.

Till now I did not get any information from HR department about my relieving. I want relieving letter. this is very important to join in the another company

why place for waste peoples in hdfc bank, through them out

I m Totally Agree with all the Compliant mentioned here and want the say that this bank is the worst bank in delhi or rather in the world. There customer services are pathetic they do not help if customer went to branch himself. They are so mean.

Please be aware to open an account in this bank.

I am Sandeep Walia Branch Incharge in Vision Enterprises at Ludhiana Branch and we have a collection agency from BSNL.We facing problem from last two months to releasing our payment amount of Rs 46000/- Approx.We visit more then ten time but no response from concern person Mr Jatin Sharma he never talk like a customer we codinate but he always says he mail to concern person and mail to concern depatment. I m Shakil Ahmad I was working with HDFC Bank on off role as a BRANCH COEX . My Emp. Code 67882. I had resign from this post on 7th Oct. 2009. I did not getmy relieving letter, ful n final and PF . I was working in HDFC Bank Hamidia Road Branch
(Branch Code :0400). I got my first salary after 3 Months.
With Rs. 8000/- less.No appointment letter was given. No I card, nothing. I had been told that it will be covered in the next month salary. But nothing happend in the next 3 months. After sometime i had been told that I was recruited at Rs.6000/-
But at the time of joining i was told Rs.8000/- My Emp. Code :
CS-26913. I have left the job but even till now I hav'nt got my salary and no final sttlement. I m clearly saying with my personal experience that HDFC Bank is worst Bank fot both employees and customer too.
I advises people not too join HDFC Bank.
