[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — NWD DEC CHG - Amount Deducted

This is what happened to me even... HDFC doesnt know how treat their customers. Withdrawing amount from our account without any prior information is nothing but theft and it is really sad thing that we have to more careful towards HDFC bank rather than hackers and thiefs...

I have another problem with HDFC. I changed my mobile number in August last year(2010), but its showing my older mobile number when I try to add new beneficiary.

I requested them thrice! (written application/requests(on a blank paper) - twice, filling form to change the mobile number - once)

but of no use !

HOPELESS !!!

It is very sad, HDFC Bank is the one major customer holder bank in india, they should not do this for his customers like chages for depositing fund in our own account, hidden charges for mutual fund, end quartly charges, charges for withdraw money in his own branch, any queris they asked us to go our account holding branch, still lots its their, these are the problem i faced with my hdfc bank salary account.
Pls change your norms to user friendly...

Only in one month there are three deduction as NWD--- and I lost three thousand in one month... HDFC BANK HAS NOT DETAILS FOR THESE TRANSACTIONSSSSSSSSSS... IT IS SO BAD...TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE... BANK HAS SO BAD SERVISESSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Amount 27.48 is getting deducted Three time same day with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) with out any perior information, i have planned to close my bank account with hdfcbank

It is really bad thing is going with HDFC when anyone withdraws money from any bank then within 2 sec SMS is generated for that transaction but when they are deducting money directly from the account no message is generatd its really a bad maintainace and defect should be raised and FIR should be filled .

Rs 27.58 is deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) on 5th Oct 11 but i have done only 4 transaction from other ATM so as per your policy charge should deduct after 5 transaction, but why deduct after 4 transaction,
This is Wrong deduction so Bank should refund my amount.

HDFC Bank — regarding charges on atm withdrawal

dear sir,
i have a saving a/c in hdfc bank gwalior brach, my issue is branch has deducted the charges regarding atm withdrwal in the month of oct. 2011, but the charges was deducted of july, aug, and sept month all the month charges are deduct in same month, is this any rule that they deduct the charges on his own wish. without any month ending and quater ending. pls suggest me How will get my money back.

HDFC Bank — ATM NWD

I used my hdfc debit card in other bank atm. Amount 400/- debited from my account on[protected] but I did not get money. How can I get that amount back? Anyone got the amont back?

Money(27.58) got deducted from account even though i didn't withdraw any money from other ATM's.
Need explaination.

Amount 28.09 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

Same here...:( Has deducted 28.09 from my current account. They had said i can withdraw from any ATM's when i chose HDFC for Salary account. Have raised a complaint. S'd see how de w'd revert the issue.
