HDFC Bank - Crdit Card — Using Abusvie Language

I have been a member of HDFC credit card for last two years. My credit card number is [protected]. I got a call from the number[protected] on 27th August, 2007 at 6.30 p.m. the person told me I am speaking from HDFC Bank and your minimum payment is due. The person who told his name as Vikram from A-1 District Center, Jankpuri, Delhi. For collecting the minimum amount he used vulgar, abusive, illiterate language, terrorize tone.

This is a HDFC Bank or what is this?
